elegance. Every package is thoughtfully prepared to ensure your experience with us feels special
from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and
promotional sale periods). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation
email containing your tracking details. Please note that processing times may be slightly extended
during peak seasons, product launches, or promotional events.
Local Shipping (South Africa)
We proudly ship nationwide across South Africa.
Estimated Delivery Time:
• Major Cities & Metropolitan Areas: 2–4 business days
• Outlying & Regional Areas: 3–6 business days

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected courier
service. From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping promotions which will be clearly
communicated on our store.
International Shipping
We are delighted to offer worldwide delivery so clients across the globe can enjoy the XOXO

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by
your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our
product or shipping fees. We recommend checking your country’s import policies prior to placing
your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up
to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect after dispatch.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. XOXO SCRUNCHIE cannot
be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the
customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at
tumi@xoxoscrunchi.co.za. We will do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, XOXO SCRUNCHIE is not responsible for delays caused
by courier service disruptions, customs clearance processes, public holidays or peak delivery
seasons, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and
understanding should delays occur.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, XOXO SCRUNCHIE is not liable for
lost or stolen parcels. However, we will always assist you in opening an investigation with the
courier where possible.
